Invite staff
Staff need a Starter+ facility circle and an invite before the Staff app will work.
As a manager on the web:
- Open your facility / team settings (Staff management)
- Invite by email with the right role
- Ask them to install the SeniorGuardCare Staff app and sign in with that email
On day one of a trial, run a 15-minute floor walkthrough: Round → Give med, then Clock with GPS. Confirm at least one med log lands before you leave the building.
If someone cannot see residents, check they accepted the invite and that your subscription is Starter or above (family-only plans do not unlock Staff).
