The daily I'm okay tap is the whole point for them: one large button. They do not need to manage medications or the family desk. You set those up. If they will not use a phone at all, you can still share meds and appointments as a family, but missed-check-in alerts need that morning tap.
Can I manage care for both parents at once?
Yes. The Family plan supports unlimited loved ones, so you can manage care for both parents, or more relatives, in one account. Each has their own care team with separate medications, appointments, and documents.
How many family members can I invite?
The Free plan supports up to 5 family members. The Family plan allows unlimited members. You control each person's access level.
Can a professional carer use it too?
