On web or Family app Care → SOS, pick the senior and complete allergies, conditions, GP, and emergency contacts. Generate the public emergency link if you have not already.
- Share the SOS link with people who might meet an ambulance crew
- Use Alert care team only for real emergencies in your circle
- Keep the SOS token separate from the family portal link
Update the card after hospital discharge or any allergy change — stale SOS data is worse than none.
