Family portal link
The portal is read-only for relatives. Rotating the link does not change the SOS QR.
Each resident can have a family portal link (separate from the SOS emergency token). Share it only with people who should see medications, updates, and appointments.
- Open the resident’s SOS / sharing page on the web
- Copy the family portal URL and send it securely
- If a link is leaked or a relative should lose access, rotate the family token
Rotating the family portal link does not rotate the SOS emergency card link — and the reverse is also true. Treat them as two different shares.
Success metric for many facility trials: five portal invites opened in 14 days. Track opens from your manager view after invites go out.
